What we collect
Name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, emergency contact, booking history, and token/package balances. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
To run your account: schedule and confirm lessons, send class reminders and account notices by email and text, process payments and refunds, and respond to your questions.
Text messaging
Mobile numbers are collected with your explicit consent on our sign-up form and used to send transactional class and account texts. No mobile information is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message consent is not shared with any third party. Service providers
We share only what is necessary with the vendors that operate the site: Stripe (payments), Twilio (text delivery), and our email delivery provider. They process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own marketing.
Children
Junior player accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who provides the contact details we use for reminders.
