Accounts
A member account is required to book classes. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate so reminders reach you.
Bookings & tokens
Classes are booked with tokens purchased in advance. Tokens are non-transferable and are debited when a seat is confirmed, including when you are promoted from a waitlist.
Cancellations
Cancellations, absence reports, and reschedules must be made at least 4 days before the class start time to receive tokens back or a makeup credit. Inside that window the token is forfeited unless staff approves an exception.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Receipts are emailed automatically.
Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive service emails about your bookings. Text messages are optional and governed by our SMS Terms & Conditions. See also our Privacy Policy.
Safety & conduct
Players participate at their own risk and must follow coach instructions and facility rules. We may cancel a session for weather or safety; tokens are returned in full when we cancel.
