Program description

Slice n Dice Tennis LLC sends transactional text messages to registered players and parents who have created an account and provided their mobile number. Messages include class and lesson reminders (time and location), booking, reschedule and cancellation confirmations, coach or staff updates about a session you are enrolled in, and account notices such as low token balance or package expiry. We do not send promotional or marketing blast campaigns.

How you opt in

Consent is collected on our web form at slicendicetennis.com/auth when you create a member account, and in your portal profile. You check a box that reads:

I agree to receive class reminders and account text messages from Slice n Dice Tennis at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing lessons, camps, or token packages.

Message frequency & cost

Message frequency varies and is tied to your own bookings and account activity — typically 2 to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Slice n Dice Tennis does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out (STOP) and help (HELP)

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts at that number. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at coachmussi@gmail.com or 832-552-6298. You can also turn texts off any time in your player portal profile.

Carriers & delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and device conditions.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to deliver the messages described above through our messaging provider. See our Privacy Policy.
